year’s closings:
According to a recent article in the Ventura County Star, property values in Ventura County have
increased 12% since January of 2012. That may be in part due to the fact that we have an unprecedented
low in inventory of homes for sale. With such a low inventory and many buyers who still want to take
advantage of the low interest rates, if you are thinking of selling, now may be the time.
